Pan Trinbago has been keeping the energy high with an array of recent thrilling events including the National Medium Conventional Bands Finals which took place on Sunday, February 23 at the Dwight Yorke Stadium in Tobago. The highly anticipated showdown delivered an evening of pulsating rhythms, masterful performances, and an unforgettable celebration of Trinidad & Tobago’s beloved national musical instrument.

Katzenjammers took the crown with a lively rendition of Lying Excuses, winning first place for their dazzling display of musical artistry and passion. They were followed closely by Pan Elders Steel Orchestra in second with Mih Lover and NGC Couva Joylanders in third with Cut the Bush.

Of the event, Pan Trinbago said, “This isn’t just a competition—it’s a spectacular testament to the Steelpan’s unbreakable legacy and its place at the heart of our cultural identity. Tobago will come alive with the vibrant sounds of the nation’s top medium bands, each vying for glory in what promises to be one of the most exhilarating nights in Panorama history.”
