MR. ERIC OHENE LARBI Ghanaian seasoned cultural administrator and tourism professional, currently serving as the Acting Regional Director of the Centre for National Culture in Greater Accra. With over a decade of progressive experience in cultural governance, heritage management, and tourism development, he has played a pivotal role in advancing the preservation and promotion of Ghanaian arts, languages, and heritage.
He also serves as a Patron of the National Federation of Masqueraders and Fancy Dress of Ghana, contributing his expertise and leadership to the growth and promotion of masquerade traditions and carnival arts within the country.
Mr. Larbi has held key leadership positions including Deputy Director, Principal Cultural Officer, and Regional Administrator, where he has led policy implementation, cultural programming, research, and institutional development initiatives. He combines strong academic credentials, holding a BSc in Tourism Management and an MA in Human Resource Management, with extensive practical experience in heritage site management, community engagement, and national cultural coordination.
Fluent in English, Fante, and Twi, he brings a strategic and people centered approach to cultural administration, with expertise spanning capacity building, event coordination, research, and human resource systems, positioning him as a key contributor to Ghana’s cultural and creative industry development.
